Senior Salesforce Developer on a federal contract with remote work available within the continental United States.
Responsibilities
- Own the full software lifecycle for Salesforce solutions, from design and architecture through development, testing, and deployment, applying coding best practices.
- Propose inventive extensions beyond standard Salesforce features to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with architects, admins, configuration specialists, and stakeholders to share status, risks, and technical issues.
- Deploy and configure AppExchange tools including DocuSign, eSign Live, and additional integrations.
- Build Salesforce to on premise integrations using APIs and web services.
- Work effectively with customers one-on-one and in team settings.
- Participate in code reviews to enforce standards and best practices.
- Provide mentoring and technical leadership to junior team members.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required and work must be performed in the United States for a federal contract.
- Eligible to obtain a Federal Public Trust.
- 7+ years of Salesforce custom development experience, including Lightning Design System, APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- 4+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with third party applications via SOAP or REST web services with OAuth.
- 2+ years of experience with GitHub or Jenkins.

Description
This role supports 100 percent remote work within the continental United States. The team delivers Digital Transformation services to federal agencies, focusing on mission enablement through low code platforms, mobile applications, robotics process automation, and data analytics. Partnerships include Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and UiPath. ICF provides architecture planning, system implementation, integration, analytics, and ongoing operations and maintenance. As a Salesforce Developer, you will collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technically sound solutions following Salesforce best practices. The work follows SCRUM Agile processes to iteratively develop and test Salesforce outcomes. As a Senior Developer, you will lead integrations via Web Services and APIs and guide data migration from legacy systems. You will handle both declarative and programmatic Salesforce development tasks such as triggers, Flows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, and Lightning Web Components. You will execute test plans and unit tests to ensure quality, supervise junior teammates, and adhere to coding standards through architect reviews to ensure proper design patterns.

- Specialized Consultant Certifications such as Sales, Service, or Community (preferred)

Pay Range
Pay range for this full-time role is $98,614.00 to $167,644.00 per year. This position supports Nationwide Remote Office (US99).
