Full-Stack Software Developer

Ethos Group is hiring a Full-Stack Software Developer for hybrid work in the DFW area to build and maintain business-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications
• Create modern, responsive UIs using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Develop scalable APIs, services, and business logic using C# and .NET
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and fellow Developers
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Support initiatives related to application performance, security, and scalability
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning activities

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong experience with Angular and TypeScript
• Strong experience with C# and .NET
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Experience using Git or other source control systems
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
