Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) on W2 Only

SwiftHire LLC is hiring a Full Stack Developer focused on MERN stack development, building and deploying scalable web applications and APIs. The role operates within an Agile workflow and partners with cross-functional teams to address integration and performance needs in a hybrid setting in Dallas, TX.

Role Overview

You will design, develop, and deploy web applications and backend services using modern full stack technologies (including MERN). You will also work with teams to integrate application components, improve performance, and support ongoing delivery in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern full stack technologies, such as the MERN stack
• Build and integrate APIs, including RESTful and GraphQL services, to support application functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration and performance challenges
• Develop automated tests and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Contribute to technical documentation and provide regular updates on development progress

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with full stack development, including MERN stack technologies
• Experience working with Oracle or similar relational databases
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React, including familiarity with SQL and query optimization techniques
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
