Senior MERN Stack Developer

Wipro Limited is hiring a Senior MERN Stack Developer in Denver, CO (onsite) with a focus on delivering dependable software outcomes under 100% quality assurance parameters. You will build, test, and maintain applications while partnering with cross-functional teams to support customer experience, on-time delivery, and continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.

What you’ll deliver

• Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring: support 100% error-free onboarding and implementation, with throughput and adherence to the schedule and release plan.
• Quality & CSAT: manage software day-to-day, troubleshoot technical queries, maintain customer experience, and complete assigned certifications for skill upgrading.
• MIS & Reporting: ensure timely, accurate management information systems (MIS) and report generation.

Responsibilities

• Understand product and software requirements and translate them into feasible design.
• Develop solutions by analyzing information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Investigate problem areas and support the software development lifecycle.
• Perform root cause analysis for system issues and clarify problem statements.
• Propose improvements to system performance and availability, and evaluate operational feasibility.
• Set up and design test cases, scenarios, and usage cases, then automate validation by executing those cases.
• Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
• Analyze information to recommend installation of new systems or modifications to existing systems.
• Ensure code is error-free and avoids bugs and test failures.
• Prepare reports covering programming project specifications, activities, and status, including formal documentation and clear code comments.
• Coordinate daily project status and progress with the team and document updates.
• Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, trace results to quality risk, and report to relevant stakeholders.
• Capture client requirements and clarifications and incorporate feedback to support smooth, on-time delivery.
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with best practices and new programming languages.
• Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
• Ensure professional customer interaction through email content, fault report tracking, voice calls, and business etiquette.
• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner with no internal or external complaint instances.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality React JS applications with strong Node JS capability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, participate in code reviews, and contribute to code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in React JS development.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
• Mandatory skill: React JS with strong proficiency in React JS and its ecosystem.
• Experience with front-end development frameworks and libraries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: USD 60,000 - 135,000 per year.
