TS/SCI Cleared Software Developer - Senior

Amentum seeks a Senior TS/SCI cleared Software Developer to join its onsite team in Fort George G Meade, MD. This role centers on building data analytics capabilities, ML tooling, and web-based intelligence systems to support IC and Army applications, with responsibilities spanning data engineering, AI automation, and full-stack development. The position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 145,000 to 153,000.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analytics, data engineering, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis, using scientific methods to correlate data into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narratives that drive informed analytic decisions.
• Proactively retrieve information from diverse sources, analyze it to deepen understanding of the data set, and develop AI tools to automate selected processes.
• Develop ML-based tools or processes, such as recommendation engines or automated lead scoring systems.
• Conduct statistical analyses, apply data mining techniques, and build high-quality predictive systems.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a web site accessible by all IC members and the Army's branches.
• Design, implement, and maintain web-based database architectures for the CI Common Operating Picture (COP) and intelligence web pages.
• Create and maintain software configuration documentation, user manuals, and provide one-on-one consultations to branch chiefs and senior analysts.
• Update and maintain classified intelligence websites on Intelink and Intelink-S and related systems, including posting data and responding to RFIs, RFAs, and RFPs on a daily basis.
• Monitor the status of classified requests (RFI, RFAs, RFPs) and provide weekly updates.
• Provide dedicated page design, development, and integration of information for web-based presentations on the Army’s SIPRNet and JWICS sites.
• Coordinate with internal and external IT service providers to maintain and improve the sites.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with 12 years of relevant experience, with a portion of that experience within the last two years; or Bachelor’s degree with 14 years of relevant experience; or Associate degree with 16 years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma with 20 years of relevant experience.
• Security Plus certified.
• Qualified at Information Assurance Technical Workforce Requirement Level II as defined in DoD 8570.01-M, Table C3.T1.
• Skilled in data visualization and graphical applications, including Power BI and Tableau; proficient with major data science languages such as R and Python; experienced in managing and merging disparate data sources, preferably through R, Python, or SQL; strong statistical analysis and data mining capabilities.
• Prior experience with large data Multi-INT analytics, machine learning, and automated predictive analytics.
