Job Description

Amentum is seeking a Web Software Developer (UI) to drive front-end and interface work using Angular and Node.js. This remote role covers shaping site concepts, crafting interfaces and architecture, and conducting testing and optimization, requiring at least three years of experience and an active TS/SCI clearance. The position offers an annual salary between USD 135,000 and 145,000.

Responsibilities

  • Develop front-end code with the current Angular stack (20+), Node.js, NPM, RxJS, Bootstrap, and Material.
  • Assist with implementing interfaces for applications.
  • Work with HTTP and RESTful communication patterns.
  • Leverage Swagger for API design and documentation.
  • Support the site concept, interface design, and application architecture.
  • Participate in designing software tools and subsystems to support reuse and domain analysis.
  • Familiarity with Claude or other AI interfaces.
  • Test, diagnose, and refine software to deliver the required product.
  • Use Playwright testing and Angular unit tests to ensure quality.
  • Enhance software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency.
  • Create new software and modify existing software to ensure efficiency and integrity across systems and applications.
  • Modify existing software and develop special-purpose software to maintain efficiency and integrity between systems and applications.
  • Provide support in developing the website concept, interface design, and architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of three years as a dedicated Web Software Developer.
  • Active TS clearance (TS/SCI) with the ability and willingness to undergo a polygraph.
