Purpose and impact

The team focuses on developing elements of IC geolocation product lines to support warfighter operational requirements. You will gain exposure to multiple disciplines, including UI, front-end, back-end, and full stack development, and collaborate across teams to integrate capabilities into container-based platforms. The role uses agile scrum and DevOps practices across the full product lifecycle for geolocation capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop software primarily in Java to implement enhancements to existing capabilities
  • Collaborate with a team of software and systems engineers in an agile environment to analyze requirements and derive user stories and development tasks
  • Perform integration and testing as needed
  • Test and debug software code for integrated applications
  • Provide tier 2 and 3 support for deployed capabilities and address bug fixes
  • Work independently or as part of a team

  • Experience with enterprise Java development

  • Ability to read and write data structures associated with complex mathematics

Compensation

Compensation: USD 214,000 - 238,000 per year
