AI/ML Developer - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation invites qualified candidates to join as an AI/ML Developer - AI Trainer. This fully remote role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to contribute to AI development by crafting training coding problems, writing clear, well-documented code, and evaluating AI-generated solutions to improve models.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve a range of coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets accompanied by detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
• Provide actionable feedback that shapes the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
• This position is available to individuals in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
