Job Description

DataAnnotation is seeking a Software Engineer Analyst with a focus on AI training to join a contract engagement that centers on shaping AI capabilities through carefully crafted coding problems and thorough evaluation of AI-generated code. This fully remote role, anchored in Cedar Creek, Texas, offers flexible scheduling and a direct line to influencing the next generation of AI models. The position is configured as a contract opportunity with compensation in the hourly range described below.

Responsibilities

  • Design and solve a variety of coding problems used to train AI systems.
  • Write clear, high quality code snippets accompanied by detailed explanations.
  • Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
  • Provide feedback that shapes the future iterations of AI models.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
  • Proficiency in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills.
  • A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
  • Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
