DataAnnotation is offering a fully remote contract role for a Software Engineer Analyst - AI Trainer. In this position you will design coding problems, craft code snippets with clear explanations, and evaluate AI-generated code to help train advanced AI models. The role features a flexible schedule and competitive hourly pay, with the potential for bonus opportunities. Remote work is supported, and compensation ranges from $50 to $100 per hour.

Responsibilities

Design and solve a variety of coding problems used to train AI systems.
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
Provide constructive feedback that informs the ongoing development of AI models.

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
