Job Description

DataAnnotation is seeking a remote, contract-based Full Stack Developer to design and solve coding problems used for training AI models. The role emphasizes producing clear code samples, thorough explanations, and actionable feedback to influence future AI systems, with flexible scheduling and paid project work through the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design and resolve a variety of coding challenges employed in training AI systems.
  • Produce concise, high-quality code snippets accompanied by detailed explanations.
  • Assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
  • Provide feedback that directly informs the next iterations of AI models.

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication at native or bilingual level.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
  • Strong writing and grammar abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
  • Prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.

Salary

Hourly compensation ranges from USD 229 to USD 458 per hour.
