Job Description

DataAnnotation offers a fully remote Software Engineer - AI Trainer role, with flexible scheduling, the ability to work from anywhere in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand, and the chance to influence the next generation of AI models. This position is based in Falls Church, VA with remote work options, focused on designing and solving coding problems used to train AI models, writing code snippets with explanations, and evaluating AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems.
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
