DataAnnotation is seeking a Backend Software Engineer - AI Trainer to contribute to AI model development by designing and solving coding challenges, delivering clean code with thorough explanations, and evaluating AI-generated solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop diverse coding challenges used to train AI systems.
• Produce clean, well-documented code samples accompanied by detailed explanations.
• Assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Deliver feedback that informs improvements to future AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
• Prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
