Job Description

DataAnnotation is hiring a Software Engineer - AI Trainer to help train AI models through designing coding problems, writing clear code with explanations, and evaluating AI-generated solutions in a remote, flexible role.

Responsibilities

Develop and tackle a diverse set of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
Produce clean, high quality code samples accompanied by thorough explanations.
Assess AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and readability.
Provide actionable feedback that shapes the next iterations of AI models.

Requirements

Fluent in English, with native or bilingual proficiency.
Proficiency in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
Strong writing and grammar skills.
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
