Software Engineer - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation is hiring a Software Engineer - AI Trainer to help train AI models through designing coding problems, writing clear code with explanations, and evaluating AI-generated solutions in a remote, flexible role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and tackle a diverse set of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
• Produce clean, high quality code samples accompanied by thorough explanations.
• Assess AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and readability.
• Provide actionable feedback that shapes the next iterations of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, with native or bilingual proficiency.
• Proficiency in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
