Software Engineer Analyst - AI Trainer
Job Description
DataAnnotation is hiring for a Software Engineer Analyst - AI Trainer to join a remote-friendly team operating from Walnut Creek, CA. In this role you will design coding problems, write code and explanations, and assess AI-generated code to help improve model training, with flexible hours and an hourly rate ranging from $50 to $100.
Responsibilities
- Develop a range of coding challenges used to train AI models.
- Produce precise code examples accompanied by thorough explanations.
- Assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- Deliver actionable feedback that informs subsequent AI training iterations.
Requirements
- Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
- Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
