Job Description

DataAnnotation is hiring a remote Software Engineer - AI Trainer. In this contract role, you will design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, craft concise code snippets with explanations, evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy and performance, and provide feedback that informs future AI models. This position is fully remote and supports a flexible schedule, with compensation up to $100+ USD per hour and potential bonus rates on select projects, giving you the chance to directly influence the evolution of AI technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and solve a variety of coding problems used to train AI systems.

  • Provide actionable feedback that informs the development of future AI models.

Requirements

  • Fluent English, with native or bilingual proficiency.
  • Proficiency in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
  • Strong writing and grammar skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
  • Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
