Position Overview
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations across ODL Oracle Cloud Applications and internal or external business systems. The focus is on delivering secure, scalable, and reliable end-to-end integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud and related technologies. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, architect and implement integration strategies, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage Oracle Integration Cloud to support integrations within the ODL application architecture.
- Oversee security posture and configuration within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Self-manage priorities, tasks, and small projects autonomously and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and assess goals, feasibility, resources, costs, and timelines.
- Design, build, deploy, and monitor integration solutions.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud application integrations.
- Establish and apply best practices for integrations to ensure compatibility with upgrades and releases.
- Identify risks, issues, or opportunities in existing integrations and implement improvements to enhance stability, scalability, and overall effectiveness.
- Ensure the quality of development deliverables through established testing methodologies.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customizations, configurations, and integrations.
- Stay informed about Oracle Fusion Cloud updates, patches, and new features.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps for Oracle Integration with a focus on quality and timely execution.
- Continuously expand knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and make recommendations based on new developments in the vendor ecosystem.
- Educate and mentor team members and coordinate with external partners as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Certification in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – Preferred.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on data integration, processing, quality, migration, and governance.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle SOA Suite.
- Experience with Oracle tools and technologies such as VBCS, BIP, OTBI, CMK, ADW, PL/SQL, SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON.
- Knowledge of EDI.
- Experience with multiple Oracle Cloud Application Suite modules (ERP, SCM, OTM, WMS, OCC, CPQ, FDI, EPM preferred).
- Experience with Git, Jenkins or similar tools.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to lead solutions and develop roadmaps.
