Oracle FCCS Developer

Matlen Silver is seeking a senior Oracle FCCS Developer for an onsite contract role in Charlotte, NC. You will design, build, test, and deploy Oracle FCCS and ERP Cloud solutions as part of a large-scale financial systems transformation. This fast-paced enterprise environment relies on close collaboration with finance, accounting, and technical teams. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $60-$63 and the opportunity to contribute to cloud-based financial consolidation and reporting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions within Oracle FCCS and ERP Cloud
• Support end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations (design, build, test, deploy)
• Build and enhance financial consolidation and reporting processes
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and technical teams
• Handle data integrations, mappings, and issue resolution

Requirements

• 10+ years of Oracle development experience
• 2+ years of hands-on Oracle FCCS (Cloud)
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials)
• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud implementations in financial environments
• Experience with EPM tools and financial reporting processes
