This role targets a Red Hat OpenShift Developer with TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph to support government activities in Chantilly, Virginia. The position focuses on OpenShift/Kubernetes, application development, and secure DevOps practices.
Role Summary
As a Red Hat OpenShift Developer, you will contribute to OpenShift and Kubernetes deployments, build and maintain microservices, and enable secure DevOps pipelines for government projects based at the Chantilly site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, certifications or training, or work experience.
- 7+ years of related experience.
- Expertise with Red Hat OpenShift.
- Kubernetes Essentials: Pods, deployments, services, replicasets, configmaps/secrets, namespaces, ingress; YAML manifest authoring; kubectl commands.
- Storage and Networking: Persistent volumes (PV/PVC, CSI Drivers), service discovery, OVN-Kubernetes for pod communication.
- OpenShift Command Line Interface: login, oc new-project, oc new-app, oc expose, oc rsh/logs, oc adm policy for RBAC.
- Application Development: Microservices in Java, Node.js, Python or Go; REST APIs; YAML for Kubernetes resources.
- Web and client/server programming using Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML and CSS; Spring Boot.
- Frontend frameworks: Vue, React or Angular; FS Maximo.
- Security clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Salary and Benefits Information
The likely salary range for this position is USD 161,500 - 218,500 per year. This is not a guarantee of compensation; final salary is based on experience, location, and contractual requirements and could fall outside the stated range.
