Frontend Developer - TS/SCI with Polygraph

The Frontend Developer role will support Government activities in Chantilly, VA by creating scalable, maintainable, high-performance user interface applications built on a microservices architecture. This position requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and focuses on building modular frontend technologies that integrate cleanly with backend services.

Role Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage application frontend framework technologies
• Develop modular, loosely coupled UI components that integrate with backend microservices
• Collaborate with the development team to deliver reusable user interface components
• Optimize frontend performance
• Ensure accessibility across UI applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
• 10+ years of related experience
• Hands-on programming experience with web and client/server applications using Java, Typescript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA
• Hands-on experience upgrading Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA, especially from older versions to newer versions
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular
• Hands-on database design and querying experience using SQL and Oracle
• Hands-on experience with version control such as Git (including GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
• Hands-on experience building APIs and services using REST
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Location: Chantilly, VA (On Customer Site)
• U.S. Citizenship Required
• Less than 10% travel

Salary: USD 186,787 - 252,713 per year
