Job Description
The position is for a Senior .NET Developer who will build and coordinate application development across the .NET backend and Angular-based frontend. The role also includes translating user stories into technical requirements, analyzing existing systems, and supporting management reporting for stakeholders.

Compensation
USD 70 - 80 per hour
Experience

Responsibilities
- Develop .NET and .NET Core applications.
- Provide management reporting and information dissemination.
- Identify user stories and translate them into technical requirements as needed.
- Develop user stories and break down requirements into deliverable functionality.
- Review requirements with stakeholders and support approval.
- Analyze and document current systems and processes as implemented.
- Recommend improvements based on client feedback.
- Coordinate application development by working with business stakeholders, clients, designers, other developers, and engineers to meet specifications and timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience with Angular 8, ASP.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework Core, and MS SQL projects.
- Experience with .NET and Angular using SOLID design principles.
- Experience with AngularJS, Angular 8, TypeScript, React, and/or other component architecture approaches.
- Experience with AWS and DevOps tooling such as Octopus and Jenkins.
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA.

Project Scope
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in master files and supporting tools, such as base dictionaries.
- Establish and maintain security and integrity controls, including formulation and monitoring of policies, procedures, and database management standards.
- Propose and implement enhancements to improve the performance and reliability of systems supported across program areas.
- Support program areas by fulfilling their IT needs through ITS services.
