GenAI Developer

Experis is hiring a GenAI Developer in the Data & Analytics department. You will design scalable data pipelines, integrate data from multiple sources, build data models and dashboards, and tailor GenAI applications using approved LLMs to drive process insights across the business.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale data pipelines and ETL processes across structured and unstructured data sources
• Ingest and consolidate data from multiple Enterprise SORs and workflow tools to enable process visibility
• Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes for analysis and reporting
• Partner with analysts and business stakeholders to design dashboards and deliver real-time metrics
• Tailor GenAI applications using approved LLMs for process mining, task mining summarization, and anomaly detection

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or ML/NLP oriented roles
• Hands-on experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining
• Proven experience with cloud-based data pipelines
• Strong SQL, Python, and data transformation tooling skills
• Exposure to or hands-on work with Generative AI, LLMs (examples include Llama, Google Gemini, OpenAI), or vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS)
