Responsibilities

Create and maintain responsive user interfaces with React, Next.js and TypeScript
Transform product concepts and UX designs from Figma into clean, scalable interfaces that align with brand standards
Develop interactive components such as chat interfaces, data visualizations, and configuration driven views
Work closely with backend engineers, data scientists, and product leadership to deliver features end to end
Contribute to shared component libraries, update internal documentation, and support knowledge transfer across distributed teams
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Partner with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions
Adapt technology platforms to fit business processes and objectives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (four-year program) required
3 to 5 years of professional frontend development experience
Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Solid experience with Tailwind CSS
Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and collaborating with backend services
Ability to work independently and own feature development from design handoff to deployment
A portfolio or code samples demonstrating polished, production quality UI work
Strong technical skills in application functional design and platform methodologies
Expertise in system configuration design and technology business architecture frameworks
Proficiency in defining and analyzing technology business requirements
Experience conducting technology cost-benefit analyses and delivering training
Exceptional relationship-building skills to foster trust with clients and colleagues
Strong digital fluency and emotional agility in a fast paced environment
Proven problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Experience building custom chat interfaces or highly interactive, stateful web applications
