Junior Full Stack Developer

Amplify is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to work on WordPress, React/Next.js, AI powered tools, and modern web apps in a hybrid Clark, NJ environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, update, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Develop landing pages, web apps, and client tools using React and Next.js.
• Deploy and manage projects using Vercel, GitHub, and Railway.
• Work with Figma designs and turn them into clean, responsive web pages.
• Assist with website edits, integrations, forms, tracking scripts, and technical troubleshooting.
• Use AI tools to speed up development, improve workflows, generate code, and solve problems.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and leadership on client and internal projects.
• Help improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, technical SEO, and user experience.
• Document work clearly and follow basic development best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Recent graduate or 1–2 years of professional development experience.
• Working knowledge of WordPress.
• Experience with React and Next.js.
• Comfortable using GitHub for version control.
• Familiarity with Vercel deployments.
• Basic understanding of hosting, domains, DNS, APIs, and web integrations.
• Ability to work from Figma designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Compensation

Salary: USD 65,996 - 79,479 per year

Competitive entry-level compensation based on experience. Compensation will be based on experience, skill level, and availability.
