Web Developer

EZTOUSEINTERNET.COM offers a full-time, hybrid remote Web Developer role based in Altoona, PA 16602. If you enjoy building and improving client websites while collaborating with a team, this position brings together WordPress, WooCommerce, and Elementor development with clear expectations around quality and delivery.

Compensation for this role is $48,000 to $50,000 per year, with on-location work at the Altoona, PA office when necessary.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and extend websites using Elementor and Elementor Pro, including Theme Builder templates and dynamic content.
• Work with WooCommerce to implement upgrade-safe template overrides and support checkout and product customization.
• Integrate payment and shipping functionality as part of WooCommerce solutions.
• Contribute in a team environment on ongoing projects, maintaining a positive working style.
• Ensure a strong focus on attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Support WordPress development using hooks, filters, custom themes, plugins, and common security practices.

Skills and requirements

• Solid command of web technologies: PHP 8.x, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Strong WordPress experience with hooks, filters, custom themes, plugins, and common security practices.
• WooCommerce capability, including upgrade-safe template overrides and checkout and product customization, plus payment and shipping integrations.
• Experience building and extending websites with Elementor and Elementor Pro (Theme Builder templates, dynamic content, WooCommerce integration).
• Local candidate requirement and ability to work on-location at the Altoona, PA office when necessary.
• Associate degree (required).
• Altoona, PA 16602 (required); Altoona, PA 16602 (preferred).
• Ability to commute to Altoona, PA 16602 (required).
