Drupal Developer

Innoppl, Inc. is hiring a Drupal Developer for an onsite role in Georgia. This position focuses on building and configuring Drupal sites, delivering architectural solutions, and supporting open-source implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Stand up and configure new Drupal sites, including themes, content types, taxonomies, and workflows, and develop custom modules using PHP.
• Design robust architectural solutions and contribute to strategy aligned with business growth and evolving needs.
• Collaborate with senior team members to support open-source implementation, development, integration, and maintenance for web-based software.
• Enhance and maintain Agile and Scrum software processes, including backlog prioritization and LOE estimates, sprint planning, unit testing, continuous integration, and open-source solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Drupal configuration and development, working on Drupal sites, modules, and themes.
• 3+ years as a back-end developer with PHP and experience including HTML5, CSS2/3, XML, JSON, and front-end libraries.
• Experience developing web sites and web applications.
• Experience with PHP and web application programming concepts.
• Knowledge of Drupal-adjunct technologies, including the LAMP platform, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
• Ability to manage and facilitate relevant portions of the SDLC in an Agile environment.
• Strong design sense with expertise in information architecture and usability.
• BS in computer science degree required.
• Experience with responsive design for full site, tablet, and phone layouts.
• Experience working with software development teams on weekly Scrums.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and command-line tools, including Drush.
• Drupal specialization, not surface-level experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and production diagnostic skills.
• Ability to conceptualize and design workflows within a CMS.
• Knowledge of CMS platform configuration and optimization.
• Proficiency with Drupal 8+ architecture and back-end technology.
• Proficiency with panels, views, admin menus, and organic groups.
• Ability to develop new modules and edit existing ones.
• Experience with MySQL database design and integration.
• Object-oriented programming skills and advanced understanding of APIs.
• Proficiency in the maintenance and administration of Drupal modules and sites.

Compensation and Benefits
