Web Developer – WordPress & Shopify

Shoot2hunt is hiring a full-time Web Developer for an in-person role in Post Falls, Idaho. In this position, you will work hands-on across multiple outdoor brands, building and maintaining websites and e-commerce platforms with a strong focus on WordPress and Shopify. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ship improvements, launch new campaigns, and support ongoing site operations.

This role includes development work as well as day-to-day site management, covering everything from custom WordPress plugin creation to Shopify store management and technical troubleshooting.

What You’ll Do

• Build, maintain, and improve multiple WordPress websites
• Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins
• Create custom WordPress functionality
• Manage and develop Shopify stores
• Customize WordPress and Shopify themes
• Work with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and Liquid
• Build and maintain API integrations
• Troubleshoot website, plugin, theme, and server issues
• Manage and improve WooCommerce and Shopify functionality
• Improve website speed, performance, and mobile usability
• Handle website migrations, hosting, DNS, SSL, backups, and security
• Implement analytics, pixels, and marketing integrations
• Partner with the marketing team on campaigns, landing pages, promotions, and website improvements
• Support new product launches and promotions
• Translate marketing ideas and goals into functional website solutions
• Work across multiple outdoor brands and websites

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with WordPress development
