Responsibilities

• Create and maintain responsive user interfaces with React, Next.js and TypeScript
• Transform product concepts and UX designs from Figma into clean, scalable interfaces that align with brand standards
• Develop interactive components such as chat interfaces, data visualizations, and configuration driven views
• Work closely with backend engineers, data scientists, and product leadership to deliver features end to end
• Contribute to shared component libraries, update internal documentation, and support knowledge transfer across distributed teams
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Partner with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions
• Adapt technology platforms to fit business processes and objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (four-year program) required
• 3 to 5 years of professional frontend development experience
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Solid experience with Tailwind CSS
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and collaborating with backend services
• Ability to work independently and own feature development from design handoff to deployment
• A portfolio or code samples demonstrating polished, production quality UI work
• Strong technical skills in application functional design and platform methodologies
• Expertise in system configuration design and technology business architecture frameworks
• Proficiency in defining and analyzing technology business requirements
• Experience conducting technology cost-benefit analyses and delivering training
• Exceptional relationship-building skills to foster trust with clients and colleagues
• Strong digital fluency and emotional agility in a fast paced environment
• Proven problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Experience building custom chat interfaces or highly interactive, stateful web applications

• Interest in finance, FP&A workflows, or enterprise SaaS; domain experience is a plus but not required
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management
