Job Description

Signature Healthcare is seeking a skilled Web Designer - Brand Developer to shape brands and craft high-converting digital experiences for healthcare clients. This onsite role in Waukee, IA sits at the intersection of branding, strategy, and design, collaborating with the founder to help organizations grow through thoughtful visuals and a strong user journey. The compensation range for this position is USD 58,000 - 65,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with the founder to shape and refine each aspect of client brands and their digital presence
  • Design modern, high-conversion websites and landing pages
  • Develop complete brand identities and visual systems
  • Create logos, marketing collateral, brochures, signage, presentations, and other print materials
  • Produce engaging digital graphics for websites, email campaigns, and social channels
  • Improve user experience (UX) and conversion rates across sites
  • Assist with copy layout and visual storytelling
  • Design sales materials that support business growth
  • Help develop creative campaigns from concept to launch
  • Collaborate on marketing strategy and the customer experience
  • Maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms
  • Stay current on design trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies
