Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and deployment of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions to enhance automation and decision making.
• Design, deploy, and manage prompt-based models on LLMs for NLP tasks within the financial services domain.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and processing workflows for prompt engineering on LLMs, leveraging cloud services for scalability and efficiency.
• Deliver software solutions, participate in design and development, and troubleshoot technically with the ability to tackle non-routine problems.
• Write secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that operate in concert with relevant systems.
• Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure design constraints are met through code development.
• Gather, analyze, synthesize, and visualize data from large, diverse datasets to drive continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
• Identify hidden data patterns and use these insights to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.

Requirements

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years of applied experience.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
• Experience building data pipelines for structured and unstructured data processing.
• Experience developing APIs and integrating NLP or LLM models into software applications.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) for AI/ML deployment and data processing.
• Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Strong knowledge of agile practices including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline such as cloud, AI, ML, mobile, etc.
