Job Description

Sanford Rose Associates - JFS is seeking a full-time PeopleSoft Developer to join its onsite team in Orlando. This role centers on designing and maintaining PeopleSoft HR programs, reports, interfaces, and processes to meet business requirements, with hands-on development and collaboration with HR stakeholders. The position offers USD 120,000 per year and requires at least five years of PeopleSoft experience.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement intricate PeopleSoft HR modules, reports, interfaces, and processes to satisfy business and user needs.
Set up and maintain Time and Labor rules to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate payroll calculations.
Translate business needs into effective technical solutions, including custom applications and enhancements.
Develop, test, and deploy solutions using Application Designer, BI Publisher, SQR, PS Query, and Oracle database technologies.
Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly to minimize impact on operations.
Collaborate with HR functional users to optimize PeopleSoft functionality and support ongoing needs.
Assess business requirements and contribute to the selection, implementation, and rollout of new delivered and custom features.
Provide on-call support on a rotating basis.

Requirements

At least five years of hands-on PeopleSoft experience.
Deep knowledge of Payroll, HR, and Time and Labor modules.
Strong experience with Integration Broker, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
Proven ability to develop reports, interfaces, and Application Designer processes using SQR.
Proficiency in PL SQL.
