PeopleSoft Developer

Sanford Rose Associates - JFS is seeking a full-time PeopleSoft Developer to join its onsite team in Orlando. This role centers on designing and maintaining PeopleSoft HR programs, reports, interfaces, and processes to meet business requirements, with hands-on development and collaboration with HR stakeholders. The position offers USD 120,000 per year and requires at least five years of PeopleSoft experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement intricate PeopleSoft HR modules, reports, interfaces, and processes to satisfy business and user needs.
• Set up and maintain Time and Labor rules to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate payroll calculations.
• Translate business needs into effective technical solutions, including custom applications and enhancements.
• Develop, test, and deploy solutions using Application Designer, BI Publisher, SQR, PS Query, and Oracle database technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly to minimize impact on operations.
• Collaborate with HR functional users to optimize PeopleSoft functionality and support ongoing needs.
• Assess business requirements and contribute to the selection, implementation, and rollout of new delivered and custom features.
• Provide on-call support on a rotating basis.

Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on PeopleSoft experience.
• Deep knowledge of Payroll, HR, and Time and Labor modules.
• Strong experience with Integration Broker, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
• Proven ability to develop reports, interfaces, and Application Designer processes using SQR.
• Proficiency in PL SQL.
