ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Insight Global is hiring a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer to support end-to-end HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions in a hybrid setup. This role partners closely with HR teams to build and maintain HR workflows, with a focus on Employee Center Pro, HR case handling, and HR system integrations.

Based in Dallas, TX (hybrid) with flexibility for remote candidates (REMOTE - can sit anywhere), this position is suited for an experienced ServiceNow developer with strong HRSD expertise and hands-on scripting and integration experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development
• Strong ServiceNow HRSD experience
• Experience with Employee Center and Employee Center Pro
• Experience with HR Case Management
• Proficiency with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, including:
  • Business Rules
  • UI Policies
  • Client Scripts
• Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub
• Integration experience using REST and SOAP APIs
• Experience gathering requirements from HR stakeholders and building HR workflows
