Job Description
Lead enterprise-grade ServiceNow delivery as a technical authority, shaping end-to-end architecture and guiding Agile execution in a SAFe environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Apply SAFe to plan, design, and deliver scalable platform capabilities
- Run technical discovery, requirements analysis, and solution design sessions with product owners, stakeholders, and developers
- Define and maintain architectural standards, integration patterns, data models, and governance frameworks
- Provide hands on technical leadership for workflow design, scripting, configurations, and integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Design and govern CMDB modeling, Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Drive automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Support Agile team execution by participating in PI Planning, solutioning, sprint execution, backlog grooming, and technical decision making
- Maintain platform health with focus on performance, security, compliance, and upgrade readiness
- Mentor developers, conduct technical reviews, and reinforce best practices
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and cross functional groups to align ServiceNow strategy with organizational roadmaps
- Identify opportunities to improve automation and process, including adoption of emerging ServiceNow capabilities such as AI, Virtual Agent, and Workspace
Requirements
- Extensive hands on experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions
- Deep understanding of SAFe or other Agile frameworks, including experience participating in PI planning and Agile ceremonies
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, integration patterns, and platform architecture
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, GRC/IRM, or HRSD
- ServiceNow certifications strongly preferred, including CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM, CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, and related credentials
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to interface with executives and technical teams

- Experience in large enterprise or federal environments

- Hands on experience with automation, generative AI features, and emerging ServiceNow capabilities
- Ability to mentor teams, provide architectural governance, and lead technical roadmaps
Location and Compensation
- Location: United States (onsite)
- Salary: USD 89,600 - 176,300 per year
