Senior ServiceNow Developer, Legal Corporate Affairs

Cargill is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and continuously improve ServiceNow solutions supporting Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Corporate Affairs, and other LCCA functions. This onsite role is based in Atlanta, GA and offers an expected salary range of $120,000 - $140,000, plus eligibility for a discretionary incentive award. You will hold end-to-end technical ownership of the platform, helping ensure reliability, security, and successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, automations, and platform enhancements to address business needs.
• Lead integration work using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, APIs, MCP, and other modern integration technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and platform configurations.
• Drive solution deployments, perform code reviews and testing, and help ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards.
• Provide advanced application support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, business and technology teams, and vendors to deliver business value.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and technical challenges during delivery and support activities.
• Support continuous improvement through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and platform optimization.
• Mentor team members and promote development best practices.
• Maintain end-to-end technical ownership of the ServiceNow platform by leading workflow development, integrations, AI-enabled capabilities, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring reliability and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in a large, complex organization.
• Experience with ServiceNow products including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, or Legal Service Delivery (LSD).
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across multiple technology platforms and teams.
• Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD).
• Experience implementing and supporting technical solutions for Legal organizations.
• Experience with AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading platform adoption and process improvement efforts.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Experience delivering using Agile methodologies.

Benefits

• Expected salary: $120,000 - $140,000 annually.
• Eligible for a discretionary incentive award.
• Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals: 1 hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
