Senior ServiceNow Developer
Job Description
Lead ServiceNow modernization efforts for a hybrid role in Nashville, TN with a focus on workflow redesign, platform upgrades, and AI enablement.
Responsibilities
- Drive ServiceNow workflow redesign and overall platform modernization
- Support migration to the latest ServiceNow release, including testing, remediation, deployment, and stabilization
- Design and configure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and related modules
- Build automation and experiences using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and data imports
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical implementations
- Maintain platform governance, code quality, release management, and development best practices
- Create dashboards, reports, documentation, and testing materials
- Evaluate and implement ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise ServiceNow development experience
- Experience with recent ServiceNow releases and platform modernization
- Hands-on experience redesigning workflows, automations, catalog items, and integrations
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, migrations, or major version transitions
- Strong hands-on skills with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs
