Job Description

Support and enhance the ServiceNow platform through design, development, modernization, and ongoing improvements in a remote role based in Wickliffe, OH.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and support ServiceNow applications and platform solutions.
  • Modernize legacy Workflow Editor workflows by migrating to Flow Designer and Workflow Studio frameworks.
  • Build and maintain reusable flows, subflows, custom actions, and automated workflow components.
  • Develop and support REST/API integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of ServiceNow development experience, including Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and platform customization.
  • Proven experience migrating or redesigning legacy ServiceNow workflows into modern Flow Designer solutions.
  • Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and core ServiceNow development areas: ServiceNow APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
  • Hands-on integration experience with REST APIs and IntegrationHub for enterprise and external application connectivity.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote, global environment.

  • Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, and Service Catalog modules.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or related credentials.

Compensation: USD 68 per hour
