Sr. ServiceNow Developer

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer for a remote opportunity based in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will design, build, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions, with an emphasis on secure and maintainable platform enhancements, integrations, automation, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise ServiceNow applications and enhancements across multiple environments
• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions aligned to platform standards
• Create upgrade-safe and maintainable solutions using scoped application patterns and platform APIs
• Implement integrations and automation using REST-based patterns and platform tooling
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and contributions to documentation and runbooks

Requirements

• Strong ServiceNow development experience building custom applications, including upgrade-safe and scoped application practices
• Hands-on server-side scripting experience (for example: Script Includes and Business Rules) along with strong data/query skills
• Experience designing secure solutions using role-based access controls and platform governance best practices
• Proven ability to build and support integrations using REST APIs and JSON-based data exchange
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams, including sprint ceremonies, change/release processes, and production troubleshooting
