eCommission Financial Services, Inc. is building a marketing website experience that performs in real time across paid, organic, and AI-driven discovery. In this role, you will own the day-to-day health of the site and the campaigns that drive tracked conversions, partnering closely with marketing and technology teams to ship improvements, maintain analytics, and deliver measurable monthly results.
You will work hands-on in a PHP environment to code and maintain marketing pages, templates, and integrations, with a focus on accuracy in tracking, clean data flow into CRM reporting, and strong visibility in SEO and AI-generated answers.
Responsibilities
- Code and maintain website pages hands-on in a PHP environment, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Create new page templates that the marketing team can reuse for campaigns, landing pages, and content, enabling new pages to ship faster.
- Keep the codebase clean and consistent using shared components, sensible file structure, and version control so changes are traceable.
- Own the staging-to-production workflow for page changes, including QA across devices and browsers before release.
- Own tracking infrastructure end to end, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, call tracking, and pixel management for paid channels.
- Ensure form fills, signups, and funnel steps are tracked accurately and attributed back to source so reporting reflects funded advances, not just clicks.
- Maintain clean data flow between the website, CRM, and marketing reporting, including lead routing and attribution.
- Audit tracking regularly and fix gaps before they become reporting blind spots.
- Install and maintain HubSpot tracking code across the site, aligned with Google Tag Manager and cookie consent requirements.
- Build and embed HubSpot forms, CTAs, pop-ups, and chat on site pages, styled to brand, including hidden fields for source, campaign, and page context.
- Connect website forms and the signup funnel to HubSpot using the Forms and CRM APIs so leads land in the right pipeline with complete properties.
- Own data mapping between the website and HubSpot, including contact properties, lifecycle stages, lead routing rules, and deduplication.
- Build coded HubSpot templates and modules in HubL for emails and any landing pages hosted there, consistent with main-site templates.
- Set up behavioral events and webhooks so website activity can trigger HubSpot workflows, and QA triggers before they go live.
- Support the HubSpot implementation through testing, migration of existing forms and tracking, and QA of website touchpoints.
- Monitor and improve how eCommission and Symba appear in AI-generated answers across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
- Structure site content, schema markup, and FAQs so AI systems cite the company accurately when agents ask about commission advances and agent financial tools.
- Track AI-driven referral traffic and brand mentions, reporting visibility trends against competitors.
- Own organic search performance, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical SEO, internal linking, and site architecture.
- Manage technical health including crawlability, indexation, sitemaps, redirects, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
- Partner with content owners to prioritize pages and topics based on keyword opportunity and business value for agent and broker audiences.
- Run regular SEO audits and own the fix list through completion.
- Design, code, test, and maintain paid landing pages and partner program pages using the templates you create.
- Run a continuous A/B testing program on headlines, forms, offers, and page layouts, documenting what wins.
- Improve conversion rates across the signup funnel using real user behavior data such as heatmaps and session recordings.
- Maintain brand-consistent landing page messaging so visitors read the same positioning they saw in ads.
- Manage CMS ownership by publishing and updating pages and keeping the page inventory current.
- Monitor site reliability including uptime, performance, SSL, and security basics, and coordinate with developers or agencies when needed.
- Work with legal and compliance to keep disclosures, terms, and state-specific language accurate and support progress toward WCAG accessibility standards.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships with web developers, SEO tools, and testing platforms to ensure deliverables are met.
- Deliver a monthly website performance report covering traffic, conversions, SEO rankings, AI visibility, and test results with recommendations.
- Support campaigns by building web pages and forms for product launches, partner co-marketing, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain a prioritized website roadmap backlog and manage it against business impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on web development with strong PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will be asked to walk through code and pages you built.
- Experience building and maintaining reusable page templates in a PHP-based site or CMS (custom PHP, WordPress, or similar).
- Comfortable with version control, staging environments, and deploying changes safely to production.
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4, including implementing tracking on a live site.
- Working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals: crawlability, indexation, redirects, page speed, structured data.
- Experience running A/B tests and conversion rate optimization on a live site, with results you can discuss.
- Experience integrating a website with a CRM or marketing automation platform using embedded scripts, forms, and APIs.
- Experience working with or inside a marketing team to build pages and tools that support campaigns.
