Lead the build of next-generation AI-enabled web and mobile agentic applications as a technical lead for workflow automation and services.

Design, implement, and test web-based workflow automation solutions and service APIs running on AWS and Azure, including new features and enhancements
Collaborate with the Product owner, team leads, and developers to capture feature requirements and define solutions
Prototype features quickly and participate in gathering user feedback
Improve solutions and software development lifecycle processes using AI-enabled tools such as Claude Code
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve efficiency, maintainability, and robustness
Support and debug production-level issues and deliver fixes

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
8+ years of software development experience using Java/Spring Boot, React, and Python
Ability to define enterprise-grade solution architecture that is testable, maintainable, secure, and scalable
Experience developing and deploying cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure
Experience deploying software using DevSecOps pipelines
Collaboration in an Agile software development environment
Use Jira, Git, and AI-enabled IDEs such as Claude Code
Manage DevOps processes and cloud infrastructure for AWS and Azure
Design and maintain SQL and relational databases including MySQL and MSSQL
Build and integrate APIs and web services using REST and SOAP
Proactive troubleshooting of complex issues and mitigation of software bugs
Apply Agile development processes and test automation practices
Attention to detail, self-motivation, and self-organization with minimal supervision
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools
Interpersonal skills to build relationships with peers and customers and drive consensus around solutions
Mentor junior developers to support their technical growth
