IBM Developer

This on-site role supports the deployment, administration, and modernization of IBM WebSphere and Business Application Workflow environments from Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an uninterrupted and reliable IBM WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment environment to ensure continuous service.
• Install and upgrade IBM Business Application Workflow software.
• Configure systems for high availability.
• Oversee security configurations and controls across the environment.
• Monitor performance and tune the runtime for optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot issues arising after installations and updates.
• Administer and configure the BAW environment to meet requirements.
• Deploy and manage applications within the runtime environment.
• Modernize IBM toolkits and related components.
• Build and secure process applications and install or update advanced applications in the runtime.
• Manage server instances and control access to the Workflow Center repository.
• Install and manage software snapshots.
• Administer the Workflow Center index and enable asset search capabilities.
• Set and manage environment variables across systems.
• Develop system toolkits and reusable components.
• Manage toolkit dependencies and versioning.
• Maintain library items within IBM Process Designer.

Requirements

• Education: BS in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent blend of education, certifications, training, or work experience.
• Experience: 8+ years in relevant roles.
• Security clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• US Citizenship required.
• Location: Chantilly, VA on customer site.
• Job Type: Part time.
• Salary: USD 127,083 - 171,937 per year.
