- Guide teams in Agile/Scrum environments, supporting DevSecOps best practices and CI/CD workflows.
- Oversee containerization strategies and deployment pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Lead system integration efforts with geospatial databases (PostGIS/PostgreSQL), services (ArcGIS Enterprise, QGIS, GeoServer), and COTS tools (ENVI, RemoteView, Erdas Imagine, Skyline).
- Design and implement advanced geospatial data pipelines including acquisition, processing, and transformation at scale.
- Ensure compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and implement robust access control strategies.
- Lead the implementation of automated Static Code Analysis and Container Scanning within the CI/CD pipeline and drive the remediation of vulnerabilities to ensure spatial microservices and data layers are hardened and audit ready.
