Lead Salesforce Developer (In-Person)

We’re seeking a seasoned Salesforce Consultant to help translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions. This in-person, part-time role supports scaling Salesforce across multiple diverse companies within the Epting Group. What You’ll Be Doing

• Architect solutions by converting high level leadership requests into concrete Salesforce updates that deliver measurable ROI.
• Lead AI initiatives by deploying Einstein and Agentforce across the portfolio.
• Customize the system with advanced flows, custom objects, and integrations to empower sales and operations teams.
• Support multiple brands under the Epting Group, ensuring a cohesive yet tailored Salesforce experience for each.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: Broad Salesforce experience with practical knowledge of what works and what doesn't.
• Strategic thinking: Proven ability to translate goals into a data model and schema design that enables the plan.
• AI fluency: Familiarity with Salesforce AI tools is a plus; enthusiasm for Agentforce is a plus.
• Collaborative spirit: In-office role requiring whiteboard collaboration and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
