Job Description
Support government-driven Salesforce projects in Lansing, MI with custom development, integrations, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions following Salesforce development best practices
- Develop and maintain Apex including triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs, and scheduled processes
- Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver modern user experiences
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and related technologies
- Create automated business processes using Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Platform Development experience (in the US)
- Prior experience supporting a State/Government project
- Strong expertise with:
- Apex Development (Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce DX (SFDX)
- REST and SOAP API integrations
- Platform Events
- Named Credentials
- Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD)
- Salesforce Flows and process automation
- Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform architecture
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
