Attorneys For Freedom Law Firm is hiring a Salesforce Administrator / Developer for a remote (hybrid) role supporting day-to-day Salesforce administration and hands-on custom development. You will work across Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud, combining platform ownership with development using Apex and Lightning Web Components. The position offers $90,000 - $110,000 per year and is open to candidates with 3+ years of practical experience.
What you will own
- Optimize the Sales Cloud environment including objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and Flow automations.
- Manage the security model through permission sets and profiles, and keep data and configuration maintainable at scale.
- Run Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations in coordination with the marketing team, including audience segmentation, journey and campaign setup, Automation Studio automations, data extensions, and performance tracking.
- Administer Experience Cloud behind the member portal, covering community user setup and licensing, page and component updates, and sharing and access configuration for a large external user base.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and test classes, and develop and modify Lightning Web Components with adherence to code quality and test coverage standards.
- Manage sandbox strategy, deployments, and release management using change sets or a CI/CD pipeline, with version control discipline and reversible, documented releases.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems, including billing and payment tooling, the member portal API layer, and marketing platforms, working alongside an external platform development team.
- Support a structured release process by writing test scripts, validating configuration and code changes before release, and documenting results for UAT.
- Provide first-line support for internal Salesforce requests by triaging tickets, resolving routine items directly, and escalating clearly when needed.
- Maintain current documentation for configuration, automations, integrations, and data model decisions so changes can be understood, audited, and reversed.
- Partner with the firm’s senior Salesforce lead, outside consultants, and the platform engineering team, taking direct ownership of routine work and shared ownership of complex changes.
Experience you will bring
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across both administration and development.
- Required: proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and data extensions.
- Deep Sales Cloud administration expertise, including Flow Builder, the security and sharing model, and large-scale data management.
- Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components, including writing test classes that meet platform coverage standards.
- Experience administering an Experience Cloud site or community, ideally one serving a large external user population.
- Experience with sandbox management and deployment processes, whether using change sets or CI/CD tooling such as Copado or Git-based pipelines.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required and must be current at time of application.
- Strong written communication in English, with a documented process mindset.
- Comfort working remotely with proactive communication, reliable follow-through, and good judgment on escalation.
