Salesforce Developer

Sweet James is building and maintaining Litify (a Salesforce-based platform) capabilities that support case teams from intake through release. In this role, you will develop automation and integrations, own changes through delivery, and connect Salesforce work to the firm’s AI engineering systems.

What you’ll do

• Build on Litify: Write and maintain Apex classes and triggers, Flows, and Lightning Web Components for Litify.
• Deliver changes through Jira: Take Jira tickets from intake, case management, and accounting, scoped with the Senior Salesforce Developer, then turn them into small, well-tested updates.
• Fix issues: Address bugs staff report within your supported areas.
• Release via a controlled pipeline: Work in sandboxes, submit changes via Git pull requests, and move releases through the Salesforce DevOps Center pipeline.
• Integrate systems: Build and maintain connections between Salesforce and the firm’s AI tools using REST APIs and platform events.
• Secure sensitive data: Apply profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules, and handle client and medical information safely.

Core requirements

• 3 to 5 years of Salesforce development on a production org.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, Flows, and Lightning Web Components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Working knowledge of objects, profiles, permission sets, sharing, and governor limits.
• Experience with Git and a sandbox-based release process.
• Ability to explain work to non-technical staff.

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary: USD 115,000 to 140,000 per year (depending on experience)
