Senior Salesforce Developer

Donnelly & Moore Corporation offers a hybrid role based in New York, NY for a Senior Salesforce Developer focused on delivering Salesforce solutions that support business operations and customer-facing workflows. You’ll design, develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help keep releases moving through testing, deployments, and production support.

What you’ll do

• Review business requirements and help shape technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Create and maintain Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and standard platform features.
• Support integrations with internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Translate business needs into technical approaches in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data quality controls.
• Participate in system testing, resolve defects, and support release deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration documentation, and support materials.
• Assist with Salesforce platform upgrades, enhancements, and environment management activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support as needed.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to support CI/CD deployment processes.

What you bring

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and SOQL.
• Experience building and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST and/or SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD tooling such as Copado.
• Understanding of Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
