Job Description
Experis is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions within the IT department. This onsite role in Addison, TX focuses on Salesforce customization, integration, and architecture implementation, including Data Cloud and Agentforce, along with UI wireframing and prototyping using HTML5 and JavaScript libraries.
Responsibilities
- Customize, enhance, and integrate Salesforce.com applications to address business requirements.
- Create technical design documents and deliver technology solutions that align business and technical considerations.
- Implement Salesforce architecture, including Data Cloud and Agentforce solutions.
- Own and manage technical scope while handling client expectations effectively.
- Work with stakeholders to wireframe and prototype UI designs using HTML5 and JavaScript libraries.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of IT experience, with a focus on Salesforce development and Data Cloud implementation.
- Experience with Salesforce architecture, including Data Cloud and Agentforce.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, CRM, and Salesforce tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation and Work Location
Location: Addison, TX (onsite; local candidates only)
Pay range: USD 65 to 67 per hour
