Job Description

Procom is hiring a Sr. Salesforce Developer for a contract role based in Southlake, TX with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite). This position focuses on designing, implementing, and providing tier II support for CRM applications on the Salesforce platform, including enterprise integrations and 24x7 production support. The hourly rate is USD 65.

You will bring senior Salesforce development expertise to support CRM initiatives end-to-end, including technical analysis, secure solution design, delivery of project deliverables, and ongoing production support. The start date is ASAP, and the role requires 5+ years of relevant experience.

What you’ll do

  • Provide technical expertise by analyzing and evaluating code issues, then offering guidance to the team
  • Design and develop CRM solutions on Salesforce, integrating with backend systems
  • Size and estimate solutions, evaluate design options, and assess risks and issues
  • Participate in design reviews and help align technical and business teams
  • Lead technical execution for successful Salesforce CRM project implementation
  • Implement solutions that meet required security standards
  • Perform application change impact analysis
  • Conduct proactive analysis of platform architecture and drive process improvements
  • Share best practice recommendations for Salesforce development
  • Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
  • Fulfill on-call responsibilities with the production support team to support 24x7 operations

What you bring

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in Salesforce design and development
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce development projects
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform features
  • Expertise in Salesforce Configuration, Workflow, Triggers, Visualforce, Apex, and batch
  • Experience implementing Salesforce UI on Lightning
  • Expertise integrating Salesforce with backend systems using both synchronous and asynchronous patterns
  • Experience with Java/J2EE technology stack and distributed computing

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in automated build deployment
  • Experience with SQL scripts and Unix systems
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns and security mechanisms
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology and tools
  • Experience interfacing with business partners across different levels
